Protest Meeting
Farmers who
met in the Evangelical Church hall at Weldon Springs last night to protest the
government’s action in dropping options to buy land for the site of the TNT
plant site.
Fred
Hollenbeck, superintendent of schools of Consolidated District No. 2, who spoke
and acted as chairman of the meeting.
Andrew
Mergenthal, 75-year-old property owner, left, signing the petition which will
